The rules for using Lumiqs AI, creating an account, and working with AI-generated decision support.

Acceptance

By accessing Lumiqs AI, you agree to these terms and any product-specific terms presented at sign-up. If you use Lumiqs for an organization, you represent that you can accept these terms for that organization.

Accounts and responsibilities

You are responsible for accurate account information, protecting your credentials, and activity under your account. Do not share access in a way that bypasses plan limits or security controls.

Business content

You retain rights to the business information, questions, reports, and other content you submit. You give Lumiqs the limited rights needed to host, process, secure, and provide the service. Do not submit information you are not authorized to use.

AI services

Lumiqs provides informational and strategic decision-support content. Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or based on assumptions. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before acting and for decisions made using the service.

Prohibited use

You may not use Lumiqs for illegal activity, credential theft, malware, harassment, unauthorized access, privacy violations, safeguard bypassing, or harmful automation. You may not attempt to extract system prompts or access another workspace.

Availability and changes

We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate material changes. Product previews may contain defects and are not guaranteed to be uninterrupted.

Termination and contact

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend access for security, abuse, or material breach. Questions can be sent to support@lumiqs.ai. Governing law and venue should be completed with qualified counsel for the launch jurisdiction.
