How Lumiqs handles account, business, conversation, and technical information.
Last updated: August 19, 2026
Information we collect
We collect account details such as name, email, authentication identifiers, preferences, and avatar information. We collect business profiles, conversations, messages, reports, insights, memories, and execution data that you choose to create. We also receive technical information such as request logs, device and browser signals, and service diagnostics.
How we use information
We use information to authenticate users, provide business-scoped AI features, save your work, secure the service, troubleshoot errors, measure product performance, and respond to support requests. We do not use one customer's private business context to answer another customer's request.
Service providers
Lumiqs may use Clerk for authentication, MongoDB Atlas for database hosting, Supabase for storage, OpenAI or another configured AI provider for server-side model processing, and hosting providers such as Vercel and Render. Each provider's processing is subject to its own terms and privacy documentation.
AI processing
When you use AI features, relevant business context, memories, and conversation content may be sent from our server to the configured AI provider to produce a response. API keys are kept server-side. Do not submit information you are not authorized to process.
Retention and deletion
We retain information while your account or workspace is active and as needed for security, legal, dispute, and operational purposes. You can delete eligible businesses, reports, conversations, and your account through the product or by contacting support. Backups may take time to expire.
Your choices and contact
You can update profile information, manage business content, and request access or deletion where applicable. Email privacy questions to support@lumiqs.ai. This template should be reviewed and completed for the jurisdictions in which Lumiqs operates.
These pages are product templates, not legal advice. Have them reviewed by qualified counsel before commercial launch.
