The following uses are prohibited:

• Break the law, facilitate fraud, or impersonate another person or organization.
• Harass, threaten, discriminate against, or target people with abuse.
• Create malware, steal credentials, bypass safeguards, or obtain unauthorized access.
• Process personal or confidential information without the required authority or safeguards.
• Generate harmful automation, spam, deceptive content, or instructions intended to cause real-world harm.
• Probe, overload, reverse engineer, or interfere with the service or another customer's workspace.

AI-specific expectations

Do not treat AI output as verified fact. Review outputs before making material decisions, especially decisions involving legal, financial, employment, safety, health, or personal rights.

Reporting and enforcement

Report suspected abuse or security issues to support@lumiqs.ai with enough detail to investigate. We may limit, suspend, or terminate access when needed to protect users, the service, or the public.
